Hopefully this puts a smile on Emily's Face!
Dustin Pike has once again reached out to the crafting world to
help make a young girl smile.
A little 7 year old girl by the name of Emily
has been fighting leukemia since
before December of 2011.
She has had to endure more pain in one year
then most
adults in their entire life.
She has gone from Leukemia to Rotavirus,
to
pancreatitis, to kidney stones then to shingles,
not to mention over 300 pokes
in her little tiny body.
From chemo to blood draws to feeding tubes.
She has
definitely had her ups and her downs.
He is giving away a free image to make a card for Emily,
plus once you make the card & mail it,
he will send you an entire SET of images that he designed just for her.
You can read his blog post HERE.
It is always sad to hear about a young child diagnosed with Leukemia, so sending cards to Emily is a sure fire way to make her smile!!!
She loves pink & purple, horses & kitties
So I created this with some of her Favorite colors
and the image from Dustin,
but made the card also a detachable bookmark,
so she can see Dustin's images stuck in her favorite storybooks too!!

God Bless her!
