I had this ribbon in my stash, and
LOVE it!
don't know who makes it (wish I did)
but it was so simple and nice to work with
it's a Grosgrain ribbon, with a satin feel, not stiff like grosgrain usually is!!
LOL, now I'm rambl'in!,
yes I get excited about ribbon, but don't we all? lol
