Hi All

Welcome to another great challenge at PAPER PLAYTIME!

We are so glad you are joining us for our AUGUST STAMPING MONDAY CHALLENGE!

Our theme for this challenge is VACATION.

This is my DT card for this Challenge:

using an image from Delicious Doodles called

 Beach Huts

How to play along: Make a project with the theme of VACATION using a Stamped or Digi Image/Sentiment. Easy Peasy!

So for all you Cricut Lovers out there – you can still play along by adding a STAMPED sentiment.

And for all you DIGI Lovers out there – use any Digi image or sentiment on your project.

Punch Storage Board.... Finally!!

Hi Girls.....

Wait till ya see what my DH,  did for me!!

I have been asking him to do the towel bars from Ikea, that I have been seeing

around and he kept telling me, "I'm not putting that many holes in the walls!" (he hates putting anything on the walls) he'd rather buy me a cabinet, than put holes in the walls:(

Well this is the solution he came up with, so now there is ONLY a FEW holes in the wall!  And MUCH Cheaper, the whole thing, less than 30.00!  Good more saved to buy more punches, LOL

These are 2 boards 2ft X 2ft X 1/2" , and he put the 4 small curtain rods (22" X 2") on each board, and my SU punches fit fine!, so do my MS corner punches

The MS border punches, need about a 3/4" pc of molding behind the bar, they lean back to far, but thats an easy fix

I'm just glad I FINALLY have somewhere to store my punches for easy access!

Challenge- Papertake Weekly # 52

Well it's been awhile since I posted,

Finally did a Challenge and trying to get on track here

A sad goodbye to my best FRIEND



We had to say goodbye to our best friend in the whole world, our beautiful  Papillon Tyler, on 12/13/2010

We miss him so much, he was more than a dog to us and he helped us through many hard times over the years. The house feels so empty without him. It was the hardest discussion we have ever had to make in our lives, but we knew it the right one.

He went into congestive heart failure, couldn't walk, eat , and struggled to breathe,   Too much for a Mommy to watch!!   I know he was a good age {13} but it doesn't make it any easier.

They bring so much joy to our lives, yes like one of the family!!

I placed a pic in my side bar as well, and there he will stay, as he will forever be in my heart!!!

This is such a cute basket,  it nicely fit hot cocoa mix, and marshmallows, and of course a mixing stick!!
Or of course my all time favorite, is just a nice way to say, Thinking of You, with some Chocolate inside!! Yummy

Would work really well for Easter!!
